Client Procedures

SPACE RESERVATION/ AD BOOKING AND MATERIALS Requests for advertising space must be accompanied by a written insertion order made out to Riverside Media. If you do not have a written insertion order, simply complete our Insertion Order or contact a Riverside Media representative to receive one by fax.

All advertising correspondence, insertion orders and advertising materials should be sent directly to Riverside Media at the address below unless otherwise instructed.

NON MEDIA CHARGES All reimbursable and out-of-pocket expenses including shipping charges, wire transfer fees and production charges are billed in addition to the cost of media space. A $50.00 minimum rush charge may apply to any production related work that is performed two business days prior to material deadlines.

CANCELLATIONS Cancellations must be received in writing no later than the media's specified cancellation deadline. Any cancellations received after the specified deadline may be subject up to payment in full for the cancelled advertisement. Cancellation deadlines and policies vary by media. Please consult your Riverside Media representative for individual deadlines.

SHORT RATE PROTECTION Cancellation or reduction of any part or portion of work contracted for will be billed the rate that is actually earned. Any preferential rates and/or position protection shall cease to apply.

TERMS OF SALE All orders must be paid in advance, unless other terms are pre-arranged. Approved accounts are due on receipt of invoice, unless other terms are stated. No cash discounts are allowed. Payment accepted by VISA/ MasterCard, wire transfer or company check made payable to Riverside Media in US Dollars only. Non-sufficient fund (NSF) checks will be subject to a $25.00 charge.

PROOF OF PUBLICATION Riverside Media will send you the original tear sheet and invoice by first class mail.

While every precaution is taken to ensure correct printing and insertion of all advertisements, Riverside Media will not be held liable for any inaccuracies or omissions or for any consequence arising there from.
